What has Kaitlyn been up to....

Kaitlyn enjoy the live nativity in Alpine, even though it was a cold cold night and the camel tried to eat her head!!

She looked adorable at the annual kindergarten Christmas sing. This reminds me of a pic my mom has of me wearing the traditional Christmas collar.

All she wanted for Christmas this year was a hula hoop. And somehow she ended up with three

We are still trying to master the art of rollerblading. No snow on Christmas made for a good day to try them out.

And the second attempt at ice skating still didn't go so well....

In January my little kaitlyn turned 6

And she wanted a crepe birthday breakfast.

We celebrated in style that night at our favorite ice cream shoppe... Orange leaf. Yum yum

We had a bowling birthday party at the bowling alley

Dad even got invited... But He had to earn his cupcake!!

Kaitlyn tested dad's patience on the ski slopes

And climbed on the bars at the gym

She hunted for Easter eggs on Easter Sunday

Kaitlyn went on a trip to Boise to spend some time with grandma and grandpa great

She cartwheeled and flipped for her gymnastic review

And we we're proud of her!

Catching up with Matayia...

                    We spent Labor Day at Capital Reef with the cousins.  Matayia hiked and hiked and hiked...

 We spent a cold few minutes at Bryce Canyon....

Matayia spent a fun, cold night at temple square enjoying the Christmas lights with cousins

And swung and swung at the annual Christmas pinata...

She was a pro at ice skating on the pond in Gunnison

And unwrapped her Ipod touch for Christmas!!

She made a snow fort at the annual ski trip

And did a little skiing with the cousins. 

Matayia had a crazy fun time at the gym

And She had a fun time climbing the tree in Grandma Great's back yard.

                                                  We did some exploring at the Discovery Center

Matayia visited the state capital in Boise Idaho

And she learned a thing or two on how to "work" the tooth fairy.

So, I can explain...

A few months ago, Ok so maybe more like 8 months ago. I sorta forgot about my blog, well i didn't really forget. I was waiting for our family halloween picture from our ward party. I am a little obsessive about not blogging out of order. And that is how it all started....me slacking on my blog. So here is the pic that started it all....

                                      We were pirates this year, Ok I guess that was last year.

We even got Greg to dress up with us.  Though when we all dressed up on Halloween he wouldn't get back into his costume.  So I am glad that we got pictures at the ward party. 

Matayia choose indians last year, Kaitly choose pirates this year, who knows what we will be next year.
