Catching up...June

Some would be led to believe that I have forgotten that I have a blog. No I have not forgotten. I don't really have a good excuse as to why I hve slacked off the last couple of months but I am gonna try to catch up one month at a time. Though I stopped writing for awhile Greg continued to snap pictures. This I am thankful for. It is a little easier to remember back a couple of months when you take pictures.

We started the month off with a great little girls trip to Island park...



We were lucky enough to get invited to spend the week at the Maughan Cabin with the girls. Fun was had by all. We ate, laughed, sewed and sewed and sewed. Luckily my felt house got finished. I am afraid if it didn't I would of never finished.



Then came Grandma Girls camp, though I have no pictures of this (because I was not invited) I know Matayia had a great time once again. We were lucky enough to get to watch Bryn and Carly while Derek and Val went hiking. Since Matayia was gone Kaitlyn was so excited to have a little friend to play with all day.



Next we were excited to have Wade and Jenny and their little girls come and stay with us for the weekend. We started the day at the cedar hills parade where we collected alot of candy, more than we needed.



And then we headed to the lake where the kids had a great time on the tube..



And then the girls slept on the tramp for the very first time. I was a little sad that they didn't NEED me to sleep with them so they would not be scared but I guess when You are with your cousins you don't need your mom.



And the girls ended the month off with a fun rock climbing adventure with their dad. They had alot of fun, and talked about it for days. Matayia liked it more than I thought she would and Kaitlyn kinda suprised me with her timidness. Though I didn't go I heard fun was had by all. Greg came home and bought a new child harness so they can go more often.
