My blogging has been slacking lately, I figure better late then never. School started on Aug. 20th. Matayia was actually a little nervous to go to school this year. I am not quite sure why, but she knew exactly what she wanted to wear. She had picked out her outfit weeks before. She was excited to get to wear her new school clothes. I had to wake Matayia up for her first day of school (matayia is not a morning person) The morning went smoothly, we were ready on time (not always the case) and we even had time for a few pictures.
We are car pooling with Levi this year, It was my day to drive so we all hopped in the car and headed to Deerfield. We parked the car headed to the back of the school to line up on her class dot. When we got there her class was already heading in, no time for more pictures. She waved and ran in to catch up with her class. And just like that she was gone. 2nd grade has started. I am still not quite sure how I have a 2nd grader.
